Tales of Symphonia sequel?

Imagine my surprise…One of the most overlooked anime games of our era gets a sequel. For those of you who have not played it yet, please allow me to kidnap you. You have missed out. I will try not to spoil anything, so if there are any questions, I will leave you a comment giving you the answer.

Well, after the events of Symphonia, everybody went their separate ways. Raine and Genis go in search of other half elves to save, Lloyd sets off to destroy exspheres, Kratos dissapears into Derris Kharlon, Zelos attempts a peace treaty with Sylvarant and Tethe’alla, Presea and Regal help others in need, and Collete becomes a shrine maiden…But things have changed since then…

Since Lloyd has decided to join the two worlds, Tethe’alla and Sylvarant are at a kind of war. Palmacosta was caught in the crossfire, being burned to dust. Lloyd, now a Knight of the Martel temple, fights in this (though all details are unknown).

    It isn’t a sequel.

    It’s a spin-off according to the staff that made Tales of Symphonia : Knight of Ratatosk.
    They also said that there wíll be a real sequel, but that’s all I heard about that.
